QCan I use this service for Japan's online passport application?
The AI builds an image to meet the photo specifications required for Japan's online passport application (via Mynaportal). However, final acceptance is at the discretion of the receiving authority.
QIs the face AI-regenerated?
Yes. The AI fuses the facial details from 1 to 3 photos of the same person to keep your likeness, and builds a new photo to your chosen document's spec. The more clear, front-facing photos you add, the closer the result looks to you.
QI just want a crop or background removal, is that all this does?
This service does more than a crop or background swap: it rebuilds a new photo to the document spec. You can check a free watermarked preview of the result first.
QCan I print at a konbini?
Yes. You can print at the multi-copy machines at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson. See the konbini print guide for details.
QIs my photo privacy protected?
Uploaded photos are used only for processing, and generated photos are auto-deleted after 30 days.
QCan I wear glasses?
Glasses are allowed, but only if the lenses have no reflection and the frames don't cover your eyes. Sunglasses are not accepted.
