What we collect, how we use it, and when it is deleted

What we collect
Photos you upload, the generated photos, your email address (used to send your download link and to enforce free-preview limits), coarse region information (country and region only, no IP address is stored), and payment status from Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How your photos are processed
Photos are used only to create your ID-style photo. Processing uses AWS Rekognition (face detection and quality checks), Venice AI (image editing and background removal), and OpenAI (automated compliance review). These providers process your data solely to provide this service. Your photos are never sold or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Purchased photos (the generated result and your uploads) are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. Free watermarked previews are deleted after about 24 hours if not purchased. Your email address is deleted together with the related session data.
Third-party services
Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting and storage), AWS Rekognition (face analysis), Venice AI (image generation), OpenAI (compliance review), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Google Analytics (site usage statistics).
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time via the contact form or support@passpo-chan.net. We will erase the photos, session data, and email address associated with your purchase.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. We set no advertising cookies ourselves; essential cookies are used only for the service to function.
